College Voice

Shaping the Future Together

The College Voice is a purposeful forum where our community and College work together to shape the future direction of Western Cape College.

What College Voice Is Not

  • This is not a P&C meeting.
  • It is not a fundraising group.
  • It is not a formal committee.

There are no positions to hold and no ongoing obligations.

  • Your attendance is your commitment.
  • Your perspective is valued.
  • Any further involvement is entirely your choice.

A Two-Way Forum

College Voice has been intentionally designed as a two-way forum — not simply a space for updates, but a space for genuine dialogue. Each session will include focused discussion aligned to our improvement priorities, while also creating opportunity for attendees to influence future agenda items and identify themes they believe matter most.

Importantly, feedback gathered during each session will be documented, tracked and reflected in future discussions.

Meeting insights will be shared with attendees so you can see how your voice is shaping direction and informing next steps. This is about authentic engagement, not consultation for consultation's sake.

Through College Voice, You Will:

  • Engage directly with College leaders and student leaders
  • Contribute to discussions about learning, engagement, wellbeing, operations and facilities
  • Provide feedback that informs refinement of our priorities
  • Help shape future topics and areas of focus
