Representative Sporting Opportunities

Regional and external sporting competitions

Through regional sporting structures, students may participate in a wide range of sporting codes through Peninsula trials and selection opportunities.

These opportunities allow students to be identified for regional participation, promoting athlete development, competitive exposure, and sporting progression.

Fowler's Cup and Other Tournaments

Western Cape College students may have the opportunity to participate in selected external sporting events, including:

Fowler's Cup Netball Carnival

A school-versus-school netball competition held annually in Cairns, offering students the opportunity to compete against other schools in a structured carnival environment.

Participation in such events supports the development of teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience, and school pride.
