Reporting to the Manager College Services, the Project Officer will oversee the administration, development, implementation and monitoring of employee housing, including the coordination of the various associated activities.
The position requires a candidate who can effectively communicate, collaborate, maintain and partner with key stakeholders, clients and external contractors to develop solution focussed working relationships aligned to College requirements.

AO3 Administration Officer - Fulltime (Mapoon)
Western Cape College - Mapoon Campus is seeking an organised and detail-oriented person to
manage the Mapoon Primary School Office as part of our College Services Team.
As the Admin Officer and the first point of contact, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth daily operations. You'll also support student transitions into and out of Mapoon Primary. This role reports to the Mapoon Primary Principal and Business Manager.

EOI Teacher Aides
Western Cape College - Mapoon Campus is currently seeking applications from highly motivated persons with proven practical skills to provide in class support and assistance to students across Prep – Year 12 at the Weipa campus.
We have a range of positions available, with flexible start dates (immediate or commencing in 2026) and hours negotiable based on operational needs and applicant availability.
The successful applicant/s will be required to work closely with a team of teachers, teacher aides, and other professionals to support learning outcomes for our students.
EOI Casual Cleaners
Western Cape College is currently seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our school on a casual basis in 2026.
School Cleaners play a vital role in the school community by reducing the spread of disease through high standards of cleaning practices and keeping the appearance of the school at a high standard. It is the responsibility of cleaners to deliver a clean and hygienic learning environment for all students.
Hours of casual work can vary between morning and afternoon shifts:
· 4:00am to 8:30am Monday to Friday
· 2:30pm to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday
· 2:00pm to 5:30pm Friday
Casual shifts offered will be for a minimum period of 2:00 hours in duration. Your availability will be registered with the school and casual shifts will be offered according to school needs.
