As the Canteen Supervisor/School Food Program Coordinator, you will:
- Provide a balanced range of nutritional food at a reasonable cost to students and staff within the school, while
maintaining a high standard of hygiene in the preparation, presentation and serving of food.
- Coordinate the daily administration of the school canteen, supervise canteen staff and provide quality customer
service to students, clients and staff through professional, timely and cost effective canteen and catering services.

- Perform a variety of catering and cleaning activities to ensure the effective operations of the kitchen/canteen.

EOI Teacher Aides - Weipa & Mapoon
Western Cape College is currently seeking applications from highly motivated persons to provide in-class support and assistance to students across Prep – Year 12 at our Mapoon Primary, Weipa Primary and Weipa Secondary campuses.
We have a range of positions available, with flexible start dates and hours negotiable based on operational needs and applicant availability.
The successful applicant/s will be required to work closely with a team of teachers, teacher aides, and other professionals to support learning outcomes for our students.

Science Technician - Weipa
Western Cape College is currently seeking applications for a Science Technician from a highly motivated person with proven
practical skills. This is a temporary part-time position for the 2026 school year, commencing as soon as possible with the
possibility of an extension.
Science Technicians will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school science department by providing administration and
technical support to the respective Head of Department, teachers and laboratory staff of the school science department.
